We offer a 100 day free return policy starting from the day you receive your order.
Products can be returned for a full refund, exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be in the same new condition you received them.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please contact us on the contact form page or email us on [email protected] to schedule a return and we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
We will cover the shipping costs for returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 - 10 working days
A: We'll be shipping out all orders from our fulfillment center warehouse in New Jersey, USA.
A: We are an Australian based company, however we sell internationally and for efficiency with storage, processing orders and a wider variety of shipping solutions and shipping we keep all our stock with a reliable fulfillment center in the US.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders require 1-2 working days to process and will be shipped out. If you've ordered a pre-order or backordered item, your order will be shipped out together once the backordered/pre-ordered item is available.
A: Regular shipping offers limited tracking capabilities so your order may show a certain location and not have any further updates until it reaches your country or has been delivered to you.
Q: Will I be charged any international tax or custom fees?
A: Your local government may charge you tax/duties/customs fees and this varies greatly for each country. You will need to cover these charges if they are applicable. We recommend that you check with your local customs office to be sure.
A: The most common reasons that an order doesn't go through are because there may be an issue with your credit card information, billing or shipping information. Make sure to check carefully for any typos and that you have enough funds on your card or that you don't have a daily spend limit.
Q: Can I change or add in an item onto my order?
A: If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us right away. Orders are generally processed within one working day and once our warehouse has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.
Q: How long will it take to process my return?
A: Once you've contacted us to arrange a return we will send you instructions to send your items back to us. Once we have received your return we will process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds take 5 - 10 working days to show up in your account.
Q: When do I receive an order confirmation?
A: As soon as you've made an order you should be receiving an email from us. If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam/junk folders and promotion/ social folders as well if you are using Gmail.
Q: Why does my order show as "Unfulfilled"?
A: Unfulfilled simply means that your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once it has shipped you'll receive an email with your tracking number and the status will be changed to "Fulfilled"
A: We're currently 100% online however we will be looking into expanding into retail stores around the world in the future.
